The whole trip left me in awe, so I am back again this year in 2018. Seeing nature so close and yet not interfering with it was amazing. My most memorable moments included the resplendent quetzals, hummingbirds, sloths and so much more. Sunset over the Nicoya peninsula was beautiful.

The knowledge of the local guides to find amazing wildlife while trying not to disturb anything really made this tour operator stand out. We were taken to places where locals knew things were and I was so impressed how everyone wants to ensure that nature is allowed to continue just as it should be and be protected. I learnt so much from the Costa Rican team.

If you’re considering this tour or Costa Rica, don’t hesitate!!!

My most memorable moment was seeing a resplendent quetzal a few feet away from us. Costa Rica Birding stood out for their precise organisation, safe driver/guide, how the company works closely with local communities and their flexibility with activities. Go with this company – you won’t be disappointed.
